About a year ago I had a dream where I lived in an apartment with a group of friends and we teased, abused and tortured one of the girls for fun. At one point we found a hobo in a tunnel and brought him to live with us and he started beating her too. Have you thought about how /meat/'s army is going to be? The first thought that came into mind for me were the livestocks being forced to march along with the army to be eaten.
I read in a doujin a long time ago about the same thing, but usually the best cuts of the chuuba (like the breasts or the buttocks) goes to the senior officers, while the common soldier would eat whatever is left.
I believe that the officers would always be men born in upper-class cities, being able to have a good financial and religious support for an officer training school. Just lemme know what you think about it.
