Day 3 of Ritual Reps. Later than I'd like.
I didn't do anything new with voicebook but the exercises outlined. I continued the Social Skills guide and ended the section on conversations. Next I'll read the part about confidence and dealing with mental factors that prevent you from socializing, building up a healthy confidence and deal with an anxiety/shyness.
oh and I remembered an exercise for keeping up trains-of-thoughts in some medidation guide I read a few years ago. I'll do that for the first time tonight.
