olette isn't a mod. She is miyune's friend, who has a vtuber avatar that is part of her emote set, has played games with her on stream, and now has her own redebut model that is part of Miyu's lore. Miyu's new model is literally a cosmic fusion of olette and Miyu's old model which is why she has heterochromia.

Olette said she does potentially plan to start streaming one day and turn the concept art they have into a functional avatar to match Miyune's but does not currently have the money for a setup.
