That's a fair question, but it also kind of isn't. I'm glad you mentioned Haruka because she's a good example of how a shared universe doesn't really work. Her appearance in Nyan's lore video conflicts with the info in Haruka's own lore video. Everybody's lore is a unique continuity and not shackled by any appearances of others as characters.

Back to the question, I think Layna has played with Kontesu more than the VShojos. She might write in a connection with the story he's established involving his character and Mamavale. He and his gf (the necromancer in Silvervale's lore vids) did seem to break up. That kind of leaves a hole in his backstory.
