They never fully recovered from the incident in 2019, even after they were proven innocent in 2020. People bullied them for almost a year, threatened to push Chieri and Pino to commit suicide and wished the company being set on fire like KyoAni. Chieri was voted the most hated Vtuber by that time. Not sure if this was caused by that incident, but she spent two weeks in the hospital, crying everyday. Some of those people have become Holo fans btw.
