There really isn't a common theme between these five. Only about half of them are actual myths. It feels kind of like they just bounced ideas off the girls and just did what stuck.

Massively schizo rrat incoming:
None of the EN girls are lesbian. None of them are even bisexual (anymore than a normal girl, anyway). There is also no real drama between any of them, and they're all friends.

Kiara and Mori's friendship was mostly born of circumstance. Kiara initiated in part because she has a massive hero complex and she wanted to pat herself on the back for """saving""" someone as socially inept as Mori. That said, their friendship became something genuine.
Takamori was purely Kiara's idea as a way of boosting views for both their channels, but Mori doesn't actually give a fuck about it and only plays along somewhat because Kiara is her friend.
Ame gets annoyed with Gura sometimes but she still considers Gura her closest friend in EN.
Gura is obsessed with Ame in a purely platonic way. This could just be projecting on my part, but in my experience when you grow up without many friends you tend to put far greater value on the few you do have, and Gura strikes me as someone who didn't have many friends growing up.
Ina isn't really that close to any of the EN girls. Kiara tried to pull her hero complex shit like she did with Mori, which gives the impression that she's closer to Ina than the others, but in truth Ina values all of her EN friends more and less equally. She still puts up barriers with them, however, because she's afraid of being hurt. Incidentally, the one person who Ina would consider her closest friend at Cover is Enma.
