Turns out it wasn't a deal between Hololive and B2 it was just B2 whoring itself out for literally fucking everyone and their mother because they need to drive up sales for their upcoming event so previously blacklisted groups and individuals (Saruei was invited despite being banned a few years ago for making a Pooh joke about Xi Jingping) are allowed to come back and participate.
