Yup, I was diagnosed with a subtype of obsessive compulsive disorder. If I have a blemish, or hangnail or anything like that I HAVE TO claw at it or I get horribly uncomfortable and it becomes all I can think about. And even if I don't do it consciously, if I get nervous I'll start unconsciously scratching at myself. It's not uncommon for me to wake up with blood on my pillow from something I did while half awake.
