the first instance of it coming out that a Holo doing it was Doris of the CN branch and at the time people passed it off as "zhangs being zhangs" but I'm not so sure... she was even doing the whole "if I marry, I would only want to marry a fan because they understand me" dangle the carrot trick that Rushia was doing. I don't think everyone is doing it but it's pretty easy to imagine that someone like Lamy is doing it too.
