Kiara... maybe she could be called a classical idol I suppose, but Hololive was never about adopting that model wholesale, it was always about modifying it to fit the Internet Age.
And Kiara doesn't seem to have adopted these "Hololive specific" modifications into her streams. In addition to this, her naturally grating/brutally honest comments about other Holomem do her no favors.
Some examples -
> Numberfagging and whining about low numbers early into her career
> Sarcastically dissing Aki getting 30k viewers.
> Turning fangame streams into actual Zatsudans, never really tries to understand the in-game references or talk about them.
> Dissing Kaela's minecraft stuff.
> Dissing the end of the EN Wither fight.
> Propping herself up at the cost of other girls in collabs and even 1 on 1 streams

She does put out a good amount of music and gets decent enough numbers off of the KPop fan repeating strat from devout KFP, but she's just too grating to fit into the "comfy" vibe of the rest of Hololive, and her numbers reflect that.
Perhaps that's why she does more collabs with Nijis instead.
