Theoretically yes, but because of the nature of streaming it's basically impossible. At one point or another from the endless hours of streaming some part of a person's real personality will show, regardless of how good of an actor they are. This is pretty much an inevitability with all vtubers given enough time. Maybe other anons here have a different opinion though.

There are significant connections. A lot of the currently highly viewed vtubers on Twitch are converts, either using their same accounts or trying at a second wind by reincarnating as a vtuber. In fact, there are even connections within NijiKR, Ko Yami (Chesom) was a former pngtuber, as was Yang Nari. Others include many members of Project Connect (Origung, Oh Sunny), there's a lot of old blood connections if you knew about the old scene.

Well for towns in NijiKR we could have:

These are all reincarnated names of former NijiKR chuubas. So I think it would add something to the NijiKR territories.

For the corpo/indie region we could have:

These are some prominent corpos in KR.
