Ame's debut was fucking kino and everything about it was perfect and prepared you for what exactly she was gonna be like.
People only remember it as cringe because they just didn't get what she was going for at the time and don't realize that her being not the same after debut was literally the whole point.

The entire debut from the start hinged on the fact that people had built up this expectation that Ame was actually gonna be genuinely british - so of course Ame does this fake as fuck britbong posh accent as a pisstake when she starts speaking and just invents a lore reason on the fly as to why she is never gonna talk like that again.
That on it's own is fucking funny but the true kino comes when you realize that Ame's debut being 'cringe' or 'underwhelming' or 'awkward' was all just a distraction for the part where she injects the audience with Watson Concotion.

Anons now don't seem to remember, or weren't there, for the way this actually went down. Until that point, the debut seemed like it was presenting you with an awkward cringey girl poorly doing some kayfaybe shit that wasn't working. Then the Watson Concotion bit happens and suddenly she's shifting through various frames and spamming you with all these effects and you realize this was the bit that was planned from the start and was intentionally supposed to sideline you.

The whole point of Ame's debut is that she was the last to go after all of Myth had already debuted and so by that point the audience thinks they have an idea of what the pattern is, and they think they know what to expect (british girl who will be cutesy and the most 'normal' and lowkey of the bunch) and then Ame hits the audience with two curveballs; the initial 'oh god wtf is this cringe I'm watching' and then 'wtf this is kino.'

The whole purpose of Ame's debut is that it prepares you for her being la creatividad who will not be what you were initially expecting. Anyone who now says, after the fact, that they didn't kneel or think 'heh, that was pretty good' after the watson concoction bit is fucking coping or just misremembers the way people initially reacted to it.
