In my life I have dealt with so many girls that have done things like this that I interacted with directly. When a girl says she is planning on offing herself the best course is usually to just ignore them because they really just want a guy to come over and fawn over them, it's why they are 1/0 as successful at suicide than men (3 times as many attempts, yet 3 times less successful), they actually find it tantalizing and even glamorous in a way.

The amount of mental energy drain and drama I endured babying women when I was young has given me zero tolerance for this shit today. It's a kind of emotional trolling, if you feed into it and act concerned around them, the "I'm here for you" type thing, it always gets worse and spirals more.

The more dialogue is had about why they are upset, the worse it gets, because usually there is no fucking reason why other than they're being women, so what happens is they begin looking for reasons as to why, and they actually begin creating problems that were never there to try and justify their hormonal issues. The issue becomes internalized instead of getting shot down and everything spirals into angst and constant tears and late night pity texts, when in reality they should have just switched their birth control to a copper iud instead because it was fucking up their brain.
