Sora's gimmick is no longer novel-cute interactable JK is no longer special. Cute chuubas are a dime a dozen.
Her singer-idol gimmick is kneecapped by Victor/management. There's still like a dozen songs still private, and other girls don't really sing her songs for that reason.
Her content-long form 3D livestreams while groundbreaking at the time is no longer the most popular form of streaming.
Content kneecapped by terrible motion sickness.
Borderline autistic behavior. Social cues and jokes fly over her head. She's not necessarily seiso, she just doesn't fucking get it (or it takes some time). This is big because one of the big reason people watch streamers is for their reactions. There's a clip floating around out there where she notes when she first started people called "a wooden bitch."
Jap societal autism-no need to expound.
Her very own goals and aspirations-she wants to be an idol, streaming is just a necessary deed to achieve that goal. I think I saw a clip where she considers streaming secondary to performing.
Speaking of performing-all her performances do not cater to the Holo-box crowd. She primarily performs at paid events that only NND Japs watch.
For whatever reason she puts her limiters on to the max. FOTMs and memes are rejected, only the steady path remains. You don't need the flanderize yourself, just roll with the memes. You don't need to bust your vocal cords, just sing opera in moderation.
Etc, etc, etc. She is likely aware of these faults and just doesn't give a shit, which is commendable in a way (staying true to yourself), but it doesn't do you any favors in a rapidly moving field like entertainment.

Sora was consistently pretty good at rezzing IRyS, and she carried in the first half. When she started getting tired halfway through IRyS picked up the slack. Sora did surprisingly well all things considered-especially after rebinding the keys. She pretty much never plays reflex heavy twitchy games (last thing within the past year was Nier, and that was played in easy modo.) She also went in blind, unlike IRyS who sampled the tutorial yesterday..
