As someone who considers Elira the best EN vtuber on the market right now I can tell you her charm is not being autistic/pretending to be autistic. It's the "normie charm" where she has good comedic timing, can bant with chat, and has a decent amount of stories to tell. It's a breath of fresh air from every other ENtuber either openly hating their fans or going out of their way to desperately pretend they don't hate their fans. She also likes thick thighs.
