We are still weak when it comes to merch sales and donation, HoloID still need to rely on foreigners to make profits. Our tokped sales number is still VERY LOW. CCV is just one of the few metrics available to measure success. Give it two or more gens for another chance, but I think as long as indonesian economy is slowing down, rupiah is weak and the internet is shit (speed and price-wise), The true incline of our vtuber scene is probably 5 years ahead. So I don't get why some Indonesian anons are acting high and mighty. They're probably the same delusional people who commented in /#/ that "NijiID ruled the local market" and is "doing fine" until the merger news arrived.
