I know this is clearly a Kobokek bait thread, but just going to make some points.
>Ranking singers in a line makes no sense.
Different singers can be good at different songs because of vocal ranges, tones, etc.
>If you do want to evaluate singers into relative tiers, use only live karaoke as references.
Modern mixing technology can make anyone decent into a 'great' singer.
>Hard work and training can make up for talent and vice versa.
Talent just means you get better results with less time. Unless she has a really bad range, biological vocal problem, or genetic tone deafness (found only in 5% of population), anyone can become a great singer with good training and rigorous practice. Of course, truly amazing singers require both, but let's be honest: none of Hololive would go down history for being amazing musicians.

See tier list. Only the 1st tier is separate. 2nd, 3rd tiers are just some examples. Yes, I know some good singers like Moona are missing. I just haven't heard enough of her.

Everyone else (except maybe Noel, the queen of SOVL) are not really worth ranking. They can be good or bad depending on amount of practice, how well the song suits them, etc. Examples:
>Kanata. She is famous for her wide range, but her control used to be a mess. She improved on that massively last year. Now one of the top tiers, and may enter tier 1 if her hearing doesn't give out.
>Ina. If you compare her early karaoke to now, you can easily tell she put in her idol reps. For songs that fit her, she can sound almost as good as 'top tiers' now.
>Towa. Definitely top tier with songs that fit her voice, average otherwise.

tl dr; Stop ranking singers.
t. tenor with some professional training, did chorus and acapella
