1) Phase is significantly stronger than in the start of the year. That's patent from their numbers and, as you observed well, even their ceiling raised
2) Not even Phase girl is significantly stronger than at the start of the year and even those who are, the contribution of going from 170 to 250 gets smoothed out by the giant among them (Pippa)
That's exactly why there is an "unpipp'd" chart

to show that Pippa started growing strongly all the way back in early October while the rest of the branch only caught up to the growth wave mid November.

Two things can be true at the same time, with them being
1) Pippa is about to become the strongest North America bound girl in the monthly tables beating all Niji EN girls
2) Phase is not growing equally top to bottom

In a few months after the recent debut buff wears off you'll have a better picture to see if the new additions are more "Pippas" or more of the rest

That's the nature of both metrics. The average is a measurement of the strength of the stream **AND** the number of hours put into them while the median is the midpoint of all peaks.

Without Pippa, the incline observed from October to mid November disappears completely, and the only effect remaning is the "unculling" after mid November.
