Good morning, Saturday Sven Co-op with /hlgg/ host here.
Unfortunately, I'm going to have to cancel for this weekend as well. I tried to make accommodations for someone to cover for me so I could at least host for a few solid hours this weekend, but they flaked on the time.
Going to try again next weekend.

I don't know why, but I'm feeling nostalgic this morning.
It's been over a year since this screenshot in Sven, but I'm still so happy you guys show up every weekend to play janky goldsrc maps and soundpost about your oshis in chat.
Some of you guys show up once every few months- some every session. But no matter if and when you can play, I've always had a good time hosting for the anons of /hlgg/. Yes, even if most of us (myself included) aren't really great at playing the game itself, we stick together and make sure everyone tries to have a good time. You're some of the best players I could hope for.

Thanks for everyone who came by for today's marathon 10 1/2 hour session. Was a lot of fun, revisited a lot of our favorite maps, and triumphed over survival maps that really weren't in our odds. Would gib on elevator doors again/10.

Today's was a best of and/or retread of the most popular maps mainly because I'm going to be taking a break from hosting it for a while. I've hosted it as a gaming get together for /hlgg/ anons every Saturday since November of last year, and due to a lot of factors, I need to have some time away from hosting it. I don't want to be too dramatic, it will be coming back, but not for a while.

For every anon who has ever joined and tried it out- weather it was months ago or for the first time for today's session:
Thank you for your time. Troubleshooting through some glitchy maps, waiting patiently while the last couple of anons trickle in from other parts of the map, unfairly being gibbed, and spamming saveme.wav and ogey.mp3 in chat have all been wonderful. Despite what the threads may lead you to believe, you've all been fantastic guests. I've never had a bad experience gaming with any of you- and I look forward to playing viyda with you again when sven starts back up again, or in other games I might still participate in hosting around /hlgg.
