I can only really answer for Sonny and Yugo since they're the only ones I watch religiously. Yugo... is better suited to be the cool uncle. The very, very cool DJ uncle. He'll talk big about responsibilities and tell stories to serve as a cautionary tale to the kids, but he'll spoil them rotten behind the kids' parent's backs. From his streams, we know Sonny dreams of having his own family and he loves all things cute, so he'll likely be a doting father. He's the type of dad who'll (sloppily) sew cute patches on his kid's clothes. He'll play vidya with the kids and teach them the intricacies of the game, but leave them to figure it out on their own since he'll want them to experience the magic for themselves. He's very patient and understanding, but will be stern when necessary. He also has a coloured history of experiences to pull from in order to deal with his own kids-- I remember from his stream when he talked about suggesting being a tradie to his kid if ever they didn't know what path or course to take.
Lately, my head has been infested with thoughts of him in the kitchen with the kids, teaching them how to cook Mama Brisko's famous scallop pasta...

I hope he doesn't delete either since I feel sorry for the archivists. Today was such a good day: the unarchived karaoke was so fun and heartwarming. I need an Ausboys, Penny, and Briskette duet (Plastic Love was so fucking good!) Then we had RE2 with some good chat banter and the Iluna kids + Ike showing up. And to cap it all off, the much awaited collab with milord which was so nice to watch since Vox was able to bring out Sonny's competitive side. Ahhh, this day truly made up for all the heartache of cancelled collabs and hours of no stream this week. I love Sonny so fucking much. I love NijiEN!
