This is a whole different discussion about where the PL line is drawn and whether or not Pomu as Pomu deserves a permanent spot on the list and if listing them both would be a PL/dox debacle.

This is another interesting question wherein a threshold must be met of the friendship index in order to be considered Lia's friend. Let's take Hexa as an example. Due to Hexa being a wrench, plus Lia talking to her in chat, and following her on Twitter, I would say Hexa is on the verge of becoming a Lia Friend, only awaiting a collab. However, another streamer, lets take Meno from PRISM as an example, would not be a Lia Friend even though they collabed together in the past, as it was a group collab and Lia and Meno have interacted very very little if at all since then. Therefore to become a Lia Friend one must meet several requirements or simply have the pure feeling of true friendship, such as Woomi, who is an undisputed Lia Friend.

Lastly in this long ass autism dump, if there's anyone you'd like to add to Lia Friends, say so now and please keep the above requirements mentioned in mind.

Remi and Iori are automatic friends as they are corpomates, everyone in Phase could be considered a defacto Lia Friend by blood, potentially even Lia Family
