In picrel you can see the difference between the 2 shoes is 58.42px, half of a shoe size in America is 1/3 of an inch or 4.233mm. If we assume the difference in the shoes is exactly 2 sizes (which turns out to be true) 58.42px would correspond to 16.932mm, using this ratio we can calculate that her feet are 217.45mm long, which is (approximately) US size 4.
I've also calculated assuming the difference between her shoes is 1.5 sizes or 2.5 sizes but the result is way too small or way too big (by a significant margin)
The result might not be perfect because of the angle of the photo, me counting pixels off or some fuckup in the shoe size conventions which are an absolute fucking mess btw you can look and the first 2 charts on google and easily find a discrepancy
If i missed or fucked something please do let me know as I want it to be accurate before I go out and buy a pair for myself
