It's time to trim the fat and obsolete and replace it with current memes. Let's figure out what's obsolete, what needs to be kept and what should be added. Plan's to have at least one guaranteed slot for each talent (including the transfers and new hires), so that means only 8 wildcards left. There will eventually be a poll to see what makes the cut out of all nominations and who the new medals will be, but that comes later.
