But Fushi, despite everything, still gives me that feeling. I've tried "real GFE" with girls like Miori, Ame, and Selen, and honestly, it's just too much commitment for me. I need time to work, and play all my vidya games, and watch all my anime, and walk my dog, and other shit. I can't dedicate dozens of hours a week to watching a girl who does the GFE stuff seriously, since chances are I'm not gonna be interested in most of it. But Fushi treats GFE just as casually as I do, so I feel like she fits into my life perfectly.

Fushi reminds me a lot of a girl from my high school theater class. She had a boyfriend since the day I met her, but despite that, she still consoled me when I was feeling down, and she gave me plenty of positive affirmations until I could stand on my own two feet. I haven't seen that girl in almost a decade, and while I don't necessarily think I need her to live day-to-day anymore, I feel like Fushi fits a hole in my heart that's been empty for a long time.
