You're falling into a trap there, Anon. People shouldn't speak in any particular way when you're writing dialog. It's not about sounding "real" but choosing the right words to what you aim to convey. Naturality comes from the reader being capable of grasping that without confusion on their part, not a perfect depiction of real language. Don't forget whatever it is that you're writing, as through as you might think you're being, your space is always limited and you're always selecting what's being said. And of course, don't forget sometimes it's just fatigue of yourself, someone else might think something completely different about what you're writing.

And don't forget to read. Always read. Reading is the fuel that you'll be burning.
