That guy is under one of Wowakgood's streamer initiatives, apparently has some long time connections with the guy, yes that means that he's technically connected to Isegye Idol as well, although they don't necessarily seem to share viewers. As for his content, he just seems like your average variety gaming streamer. If you want a better idea of his content, just watch some of his youtube clips:

The thing with Isegye Idol is I'm not sure how much of their success is due to their own skill compared to how much they were pushed by 우왁굳. But seeing them actually perform, I have to admit that they put on a good show.
