You're still using the Elira's video as "proof"? It still shows that it took them 30 hours to respond. Also, the video was scheduled to go live on her schedule, if management had a problem with it then they should've handled this situation way before when she was sending them WIP checks.
I also wouldn't be surprised if that secret manager was Millie at this rate due to how ESL that tweet is.

That is extremely doubtful. Selen's cover was scheduled to go live on Christmas, management likely had weeks in advance to review all the contracts, and even had time to review the cover itself in its entirety even months in advance for anything problematic. And management probably had to review her last schedule in advance too, so they evidently saw nothing wrong with it.

That seems more like an issue with Finana if she expected Selen to immediately finger the guilty party when she's already out. Selen would've fed dramafags for weeks if not months with that stunt, and she would have even given Anycolor probable cause to sue her. By distancing herself from the whole situation (outside of using her fans as a shoulder to cry on and vent out her frustrations like Nina and Mysta did), she's showing that she's respectable about the whole situation by moving on and encouraging her fans not to flame them.
Plus, its obvious to most people by now that Millie and Enna were likely the problem anyways.
