unrelated but i was just working out (started not too long ago) and i was struggling with leg raises until i was interrupted and told something that made me rather angry and when i continued i blazed through the rest of the exercises by pretending my anger was due to someone calling me a weakling.

suichan was right, even though i've known this and applied this before, spite really works as a motivator, i need to look at her and keep remembering that. 8/10 would recommend.

downloaded an exercise-at-home app because i'm tired of being so sedentary and jesas it's got me beat. but i'll keep at it so i'll be able to princess-carry suityan whether she wants to or not.
