Well, to be honest nothing works to cope anymore. Ive been trying everything i could think of the past few weeks and nothing helped, so i started just giving up trying at all the past two weeks. I dont even feel like i can change this anymore at this point. Im just depression looping and waiting for death while taking care of my cats lately.

I dont think that will work. Idk what to do at this point. I feel like with how i am right now i would just drag the mood down and waste everyones time if they would try to help, so i feel like its better to just isolate myself. I know this is stupid, but i barely have the energy just to stay alive lately, so thats not really helping with this.
