I figured I'd just check his skeb and verify, but his most recent commission is marked Private. Her previous one (the hot spring towel end screen) wasn't but given the timing it definitely lines up.
If this doesn't meet her criteria she needs to get off skeb and just do regular (and likely much more expensive) commissions.
