Height differences, perception blindspots, heck even being colorblind in relation to the color stuff, would be a massive disadvantage or advantage in some circumstances. Skill factors, terrain, equipment difference, personal conditionining, ability to mindgame, teamwork, ability to adapt to individual and group strategies, everything is a factor.
