Went out in the first time in weeks with a friend.
Alcoholic pensioner mother just getting over a broken neck and slowly dying of cancer decides to get shit faced while I'm out the house.
Despite making her food, taking her up drinks and doing everything for her possible... five minutes after getting home and trying to sleep I'm awoken by her screaming in pain. She's fallen and broken her wrist quite badly. I'm drunk so I can't drive so I arrange transport and she refuses because of her pride and I can't force a little old lady in pain into a car against her will... Call 999 answer questions honestly, get referred to out of ours Gp surgery, nice lady there says call back 999 and say she said send an ambulance. Call back and some wishy washy sounding cunt says I'm referring you to "someone else" they may call you back whenever... No one has called back in an hour and half and may never. My mums right wrist is twice the size of her other one and she's spent hours telling me to let her die. If I'm lucky the ambulance may show up within 12 hours... I've been dealing with this shit since I was about 10...
Should I make a spectacle when I check out?
