I have a great idea for a vtuber corporation.
You know how Subway makes their sandwiches in front of you? People like that.
Same concept. It's a vtuber corporation, except EVERYONE'S a vtuber. There are no managers "behind the scenes", the managers are also vtubers. And they hold their meetings on stream, nothing backroom. They also communicate on a public discord.

Everything happening in front of you, nothing hidden away. You can see talents being reprimanded and praised. Overhear all their meetings and internal disagreements. It's like those hidden-camera shows that film people's daily life.
