Her name literally means "a million subs" so fans are purposely keeping her at 1m. You can bet that if she hits 2m at this pace a bunch of people are going to unsubscribe from her to keep up with the meme.

Also, the top JP vtuber has only 2.2m subs. Kobo is eventually going to surpass Marine as well, means nothing. It's simply because there are way more SEAniggers than Japanese people in the world.
