As an additional note to tack on to this, I don't consider the categories I use for the round-up to be must-use or anything, and if a baker ever wants to organize the news in their own way, power to them. If you're baking and you want Phase to be with the small corpos, then move that news to the small corpo category. As long as the news is reported properly, I don't really care.
