Here's a rrat that nobody has really considered, that has substantial of proof to back it up from my research.
When cyberlive went under, none of the talents were officially given ownership of their models, they simply became free use after the company dissolved. The only exceptions were yuri and lumi, who both were purchased by sakana from CL's CEO while they were still in the company. This explains how so many of the talents abandoned their CL persona shortly after CL went under, and how Lumi was able to use Hylo's model without any legal repercussions.

TL;DR Despite being "Invaders", Yuri and Lumi at no point ever actually owned their models, they just operated under a new rights holder. As fucked up as it is, Yuri chose that route from the beginning.
