I think Zeta is like the perfect combination for JOPs.
1- Keqing resemblance, and we know Genshit is really famous in Japan so you have a really good bait from the start, but in the end you find Zeta's uniqueness while you watch the stream and you take a like to the design itself
2- She did a good job during debut to show how cute she is And pon
3- Her voice is really pleaseant so even if you can't understand ID nor english you have a reason to watch her, and her Japanese that comes from time to time must be a bless for them
And this guy also have a point >>21335488 I saw some clips of chloe shilling her to her audience and you can see some art as free advertisement
And another factor that I'm not so sure about is HoloFes, ID1 did a great job to make a name during their parts with great singing and Moona's HIPS but I don't if it's enough to make JOPs to keep and eye on the ID branch in general
