I think one of the attractions of Suisei for me is exactly that I can't seem to quite pin her down so she remains a somewhat mysterious puzzle. On one hand she does appear to be one of the more sane Holos who has her shit together, but at the same time I kinda sorta agree with you. At times she also gives me similar vibes to those people I've met who have their ADHD medications not quite correct, but close enough that their doctor doesn't want to tinker with them because the benefits would be fairly small, and the chance of screwing up is far greater than the potential for success. But yeah, diagnosing a professional entertainer from a different culture over the Internet is in and of itself certainly something else.

While I agree her ability to control her voice is perhaps the major part of what she is, I disagree about her avatar. On the contrary, from what I've seen I actually think she is one of the better chuubas about using her avatar, although I'd obviously be biassed about that.
