Thanks for your effort, having it down on a map makes it much easier to visualise.
I've made some notes, hopefully I'm not asking for too much, since you're doing this out of your good will:
Firstly, keep in mind the volcano is a shield volcano, which basically means it's just a ginormous hill with lava at the top. That means it slopes gradually from the center to all directions, and the slopes aren't very steep (ignoring erosion damage etc). I'm not sure if you can make such a big hill in the program, doesn't seem like you would, so it might be fine to represent it as a bunch of hills going all the way up to the edges of the purple circle. Also keep in mind that the highest point in the country, the volcano, is like 1600m, so every other mountain is gonna be lower than that.
Another thing, the south area is supposed to have less sparse plant life. We get a good amount of rain so it won't be too empty, but not as luxuriant as it is now.
E/NE are fine, NW there would be forest s hugging the purple line for the mountain range up to the northern river, and some random trees and stuff northeast of that.

Legend of the pic:
>white circle
Most active point of the volcano, no plant life or any life in general
>purple circle
Where the volcanic hill ends, between this the white circle there are plants though, forests and such
>purple lines
Possible mountain ranges. I saw you have one running from NE to W, but considering the tectonics, these lines may be more accurate. The NE can probably stay, as it may connect to /rrat/'s range, but the one SW is less prominent, so the hills would be sparse. Also the hills/mountains won't be higher than 1200m, dunno if that makes a difference in the app
>light blue lines
Rivers, and that mass of lines in the center are the general area of the hot springs. Dunno if you can add rivers, but they help with town placements
>red x
Capital
>yellow x
Towns
>green areas
Farmland. Whatever there was there before, it's now reduced to flat farmlands
