The way hype trains work is that you get unlockable emotes for hitting certain levels on them. Now that Vedal's broken the record he'll get a permanent unlockable global emote that will show up as the ultimate reward on every hype train every streamer on Twitch gets. The unlockable level 106 emote is of the previous hype train record holder. Now every time ironmouse gets a hype train and people check to see which emotes they can unlock, people will see a Neuro emote at the end which they can unlock if they get to a level 112 hype train.
