I brought this up in a previous thread. You can check the image of this cap if you want to see my old thread. Everything basically falls on the hands of management. The vague allegation of bullying claims, the witch hunt that ensued and the awful damage control attempt with the black screen. There circumstantial evidence that points towards both scenarios for Elira.

I have doubts about that. Circumstantial at best. It is Nijisanji who painted a target on all their forward facing employees in the first place with their termination notice. Wasn't even explained who it was which caused a witch hunt of the supposed bullies and then corporate did even more spectacularly bad "damage control". They didn't even care, it was just another bullet point as shown by the "etc". So callous, so pathetic.
