For some reason (that being mostly Knowing Pippa) we'll see a smattering of all of these in wildly varying quantities, most of your truly depraved ones being as one-liner jokes and references because she can't help herself, and will fake and/or embellish her disgust accordingly.
One thing I GUARANTEE will happen is this:
She goes back to when she made the promise, and views the clips with chat, effectively bringing everyone up to speed in one big summary, either at the beginning of the stream, or right before the reveal.
This could effectively kill from 15-30 minutes to over an hour depending on how focused she is and how well she suppresses her autism to prevent entering a tangent.

But unless I've been watching the wrong VTubers I don't think that there really is that much of a precedent for this, much less for the amount of hype AND antis this has. 100k is big for pippa, especially since I doubt she ever expected or INTENDED to get this high. Older capipis know.
