Yup, based on his lore and the MV when he debuted along with his genmates he represents death. Hence “The Death” title.

He even talked about how originally his model was supposed to have a flaming head instead of an actual face since I guess fire did fit the theme around death, tho I’m going to have to dig through my bookmarks to find that concept art of the MV
