Welp I ended up reading the whole thing and it's almost identical to the Netflix version. Like some panels where cut and they added some lines I guess for clarity. It was good nonetheless

There are some bits that were enhanced by the anime like North2's storyline, Gesicht getting rebellious, Pluto's mindfuckery, and Atom waking up
