The head and face is perfectly AI proportioned to a T, the way the eyes are generated as well (but they were slightly over painted). The underlying picture is most definitely AI with stuff painted over like the hands and accessories to personalize it. You only need to look at her non-AI assisted art, that's more recent than this to see how much proportions and shading deviate. And you can spend some time in /vtai/ or use stable diffusion yourself for a week to see the patterns in proportions, posing and shading and values. Only a very small amount of AI generating people with customized models that utilize heavy stylization can mask it well, while 99% of the people use the same models that make their art share the exact same ingredients and patterns.
Don't want to sound like preachy pretentious art twat, but someone who understands the language of visual art well, as well as has experience with AI would easily spot these nuances. If you're missing out on one or the other then you can be easily mislead since most people tend to look at illustrations as a whole, or as a general impression, unable to see individual components or concepts that make it. Sure the average joe can spot a 4 finger hand or inconsistently shaded eyes, but not values or proportion ratios and style nuances if they haven't spent time either learning to draw or generating anime girls.
Also i don't mind people trying to cut corners and speed up their work, but if they're using AI then they shouldn't feel embarrassed people pointing out at what tools they're using. If they're trying to hide it then it tells something about their persons.
