I'd suggest this resource of artist styles a chad over in /aids/ set up. It's not exhaustive, but it does show how you can easily adjust the style. Hell, add 'fumihiko (fu mihi ko)' to your prompt and it's effect will be very, very obvious. https://rentry.org/NAIDv3artisttagtestoverview

There's nothing I can really think of specific to vtubers I can think of. That said, danbooru has tagging for each costume, at least for hololive. So if you were to specify 'tokoyami towa (1st costume)' you'd get a very different Towa to 'tokoyami towa (3rd costume)', for example. As a result, for official costumes you shouldn't have to specify much of the clothing.
You don't necessarily need to specify 'alternate costume' or 'alternate hairstyle' etc. if you're doing a custom one, but it helps steer it away from the official ones.
The documentation for prompting is pretty decent, and they recently put out a blog post for prompting consistently.
