Not all of them.
There are clearly those who are very much invested in kayfabe but there have definitely been moments where they make it clear they are in streaming -
- pekora once told miko "yes, I know you are streaming, why else would I add 'peko' at the end of my sentences"
- Holos calling each other by their full name during totsu (like this - https://youtu.be/8UIYJXc9jAA?t=01h50m19s)) I think ID also had a moment like this recently.
- holos roommates having no issues with using different names when collabing
- and ofcourse there are those who knew each other before joining hololive.
