Everyone is incorrectly equating Mococo to Sekai due to the physique. In terms of personality, Mococo is Kotonoha, kind and prone to having her rights ran over. Fuwawa is more like Sekai, trying to matchmake her sister to the ruffians, while secretly getting jealous and wanting the ruffians to herself. She's also arguably more potential manipulator and mastermind.
