So, how much cannon fodder do you guys think is gonna be in the new wave? I'm predicting at least 5 shmucks; Niji's gonna want a surplus to cover for any impending graduations.

I think it's more likely they're waiting until they have a new wave lined up.
Since Xsoleil debuted at the end of 2022, Nijisanji EN has lost 6 talents (Pomu, Selen, Nina, Mysta, Kyo, Zaion), but they've also gained exactly 6 (Krisis + TTT) so the number of vtubers they have breaks even. If they lose even 1 more person, though, then suddenly the number of talents is actively declining. Investors wouldn't like that, because investors want growth.
Once Niji debuts another EN wave, they'll gain some leeway to let 3~6 more people leave without making investors ask too many questions about the sustainability of their turnover rate. I don't expect the graduation queue to start up again until that happens.

If they live close together, then ANY of them being mentioned in the document would technically "allude to" the general area the other two live in by association.
It's possible that only some of them were named in the document, but Elira mentioned all three to obfuscate the true culprit and/or further slander Doki by making it sound like she """"doxxed"""" three people instead of just one.

NTA but you do realize that was her 3D debut, right? It's a big event that would've been expected to bring in (relatively) big money. Even if Millie wanted to, there's no way management would've let her make it a charity stream, because that would mean giving up an opportunity to turn a profit.

My head is hurting trying to drag myself down to their level of reasoning, but it seems like this Sister considers it a win that Mint is discussing account transfers and matters totally unrelated to Nova for 3 minutes because said account was used exactly once to play with Nova. It becomes an endorsement simply by association now that the account has interacted with her, somehow.
