I firmly believe the purple individual got hers only because suityan handed over the prize, since the MGO live was probably agreed to be hosted in a physical venue a long while back and wouldn't make sense for her to have the right to host a second one at the same time and without the right preparation for it.

In the training stream she hosted on her channel she said that if she wins the upcoming cup she'll graduate to become a coach like in the PuyoTetris tournament. She's just satisfied with holding the record of being the first Holo to win two cups in a row.
